I got this as a free sample with my protein order. I tried the blue raspberry and it tasted great but about thirty minutes later I have a weird reaction. I started to itch and kind of burn all over my skin. It lasted for about two hours. I did find out it was caused by the beta alanine and it’s basically harmless, but it wasn’t very pleasant. I also read that smaller females can have a more intense reaction. It did work great as a preworkout, but just be aware that you may have that reaction.
