Studies have shown that a component in Lemon Balm called rosmarinic acid can increase the availability of neurotransmitters in the brain known as gamma-aminobutyric acid. Low levels of this acid in the brain is believed to be increase anxiety. Furthermore, rosmarinic acid may improve better sleep and assist people suffering from insomnia. Simply take one capsule twice daily, or as professionally prescribed. Nature’s Sunshine Lemon Balm is vegan-friendly and free from gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
