All-Natural Almond Butter: a realistic guide for health, training, and recovery
All-Natural Almond Butter is listed as a Sports nutrition supplement. This is a practical, label-first guide to how products in this category are commonly used, what to look for, and how to fit it into a sensible health and fitness routine.
Price (at time of import): $13.99
What it is
All-Natural Almond Butter is a sports nutrition product marketed to support everyday health and/or training goals. Because formulas can vary by flavour and batch, use the product label as your source of truth for ingredients, allergens, and serve size.
Who it may suit
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone who wants convenience for meeting nutrition targets.
- Be cautious: if you have kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or take prescription medicines—confirm suitability with your GP/pharmacist.
How to use it (practical approach)
- Follow the label: start with the minimum suggested serve, especially if you’re sensitive to stimulants or sweeteners.
- Don’t stack too much: introduce one new supplement at a time so you can tell what helps (or doesn’t).
- Use it to fill gaps: the best use-case is when it helps you hit targets you’d otherwise miss (protein, hydration, micronutrients, etc.).
What to check before buying
- Serving size & per-serve amounts: compare per serve and per 100 g (or per capsule) for fair comparisons.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts, depending on the product.
- Stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine or sugar alcohols.
- Sport testing: if you compete, consider products with reputable third-party testing where available.
Realistic expectations
Most results come from consistent training, enough sleep, and an overall diet that matches your goal. Supplements can help with convenience and consistency, but they won’t replace basics like progressive strength training, daily movement, and adequate total energy intake.
Recommendations to improve outcomes
- Match to your goal: fat loss (protein + fibre focus), muscle gain (adequate calories + progressive overload), performance (carbs + hydration + sleep).
- Protein timing: spread protein across meals rather than relying on one large dinner.
- Track something: weight, steps, lifts, or waist—small measurable changes keep progress honest.
- Recovery basics: hydration, fruit/veg, and regular bedtimes often beat “more supplements”.

Tried this whilst on offer it took me by surprise. Not only is better than Meridian Crunchy Almond butter for texture and cost but you will find larger chunks of Almond but none of the slop you’d expect with 100% nut butters. Definitely recommend given cost of living cannot be beaten on quantity and quality either.
Goes Well With:
Spoon or spread on toast

I’ll start by saying I like this. I like the taste. Unfortunately it has honey added. As a practising diabetic I don’t tend to eat anything with added glucose and honey is unfortunately added glucose. Shame really. As I get older I find my sweet tooth has deserted me and I prefer foods that don’t taste sweet. Unfortunately many products have sugars added to possibly make them more palatable to the majority of people. So I’m sticking with the all natural peanut butter for now.

Myprotein Crunchy Almond Butter is a top-tier choice for health-conscious snackers and fitness enthusiasts. It’s especially ideal if you:
– Want a natural, protein-rich spread
– Prefer texture over ultra-smooth nut butters
– Need a versatile ingredient for both sweet and savoury dishes
If you’re torn between smooth and crunchy, this version offers a satisfying middle ground: creamy enough to spread, but with a hearty crunch that makes it more exciting than plain almond paste.
Roasted almond flavour is nutty and satisfying without being overpowering
Crunchy bits add a pleasant bite; great for toast, bagels, and spoonful snacking
Works well in smoothies, baking, curries (like satay), and sandwiches
Clean Ingredients: No additives, preservatives, or palm oil
Oil Separation: Natural almond oil naturally separates—requires stirring before use.
