The taste has got a lot better (must have had a bit of a dodgy batch before)
I get the initial tingle of the pre workout at the beginning, I’m not sure how long it lasts for or if I’m just pumped up from reps, but it seems to do the job!

These are great little gels that pack a bit of an extra punch when you feel you need it. Very convenient as its a tube of gel. Not thick and gloopy, and not too bad to taste.

The gel format is incredibly convenient for on-the-go use. It fits easily in my gym bag and doesn’t require mixing or additional preparation.
The flavor of the gel is quite pleasant, which is often a challenge with pre-workout supplements. It made it easy to consume.
I noticed a significant boost in energy and endurance during my workouts. The gel helped me power through my sessions with more intensity and focus.

Gives a nice little boost, I only found it gave a bit of the tingly finger feeling. The taste of both flavours was quite sour. Texture was a bit gaggy. Probably won’t buy again.
