I have been looking for a way of getting in some additional protein in a good and healthy way on my cheat day when I have ice cream. Th baked cookie is the solution! Not a dry texture like other protein cookie brands and when crumbled can mix well with not only ice cream but porridge in the morning as well! I would definitely recommend 🙂

Much better then the protein brownie I’d say.
