Used l carniting in other forms the help partition and shuttle some fatty acids , this unique liquid form takes the podium though , fast acting and very pure form is easily digestable and helps keepin carnitine level stable in the body , very good product imand a stPle in my diet

Always have it with water, as the smell and texture is very fishy but a great product none the less. Definitely notice the differences in my breathing when i run out, especially as someone who uses a inhaler frequently during exhaustive workouts.

I have tried L-Carnitine before with other brands – these MP L-C’ have been the kindest to my stomach and not long into taking them they seem to be effective with getting leaner *alongside regular training and quality food intake.
While I’m here I will also say that MP clear whey is the best out there – orange mango being the favourite!!
