Love these gummies, I can’t say iv noticed a massive difference in my hair (but I do have hormonal hair loss from a health condition) but it has done amazing things for my nails. My nails have never been as long or strong as they are with using these. I get a new supply every month

It wasn’t until I ran out once month and didn’t repurchase again for a while that I realised how well these actually work, as I noticed my skin and nails getting brittle and dull. I am just about to finish my second pot, i have seen a big improvement in my nails, they kept splitting down the middle and thin after using dip gels. They are stronger now and dont split. My hair loss is now reducing. I have just purchased 2 more pots. Its not a quick fix, but works if you keep at it.
