I saw a few reviews saying it tasted bad and I thought, I’m pretty hardy, I’ll get over it… Well, it is absolutely disgusting- a bit like bile or acrid soapy water? Gives me instant heartburn.. I can’t say I’ve noticed any benefits as I actively avoid taking it because it’s so vile! Sorry MyProtein! Will try to persevere! 🤣

I’m sure it still does the job, but this is not an unflavoured product as advertised. It has a definite acidic/strong lemon flavour. I cannot add it to my water or my BCAAs or into my protein shake without the strong flavour coming through. Only buy this if you want lemon flavour.

IT WILL HAVE A STRONG SALT TASTE
mix it with squash or something.
people normally get this type of creatine if normal mono creatine upsets their stomach and its usually faster absorbing.

I take this as the regular creatine gives me stomach issues. It does the job. Only down side is the flavour as it is super salty (not exaggerating). Best to either mix it or take it as a shot.

I was expecting this to be terrible with all the 1 star reviews. I’ve never been able to take creatine as it always messed with my stomach. This stuff is great for me no stomach issues what so ever. It is super sour so I mix in with some cordial you can also add some sweetener and it’s easy to drink. Will be ordering again.
