Being a runner, I’m used to taking gels for energy, so I thought I’d try this out as a pre-workout. My goodness, it was effective. I go to the gym around 5am, and taking this beforehand led to me being alert and energised, and I remained that way for several hours afterwards. Strongly considering making this my pre-workout product of choice.
