I got one of these as a free sample with my order and I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a thick, chewy, nougaty mess but this bar is a brilliant feat of engineering. I was light and fluffy while still having oodles of flavour. Great amount of protein without impeding on the flavour of the bar. also a decent size so as can be a snack anytime of the day, be it before/during/after a workout, mid-night cravings or just something to keep you going through the day.
