Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and drop spoonful’s of mixture on the sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. 2 Servings.
Peanut Brittle Smoothie – 1 Scoop ISO100, Peanut Butter || 1 tbsp. chunky peanut butter || 3 tbsp. sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix || 11/2 Cup almond or skim milk || 8 ice cubes – Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1-11/2 minutes. 1 Serving.
Gourmet Vanilla Blueberry Popsicles – 2 Scoops ISO100, Gourmet Vanilla || 1 Cup frozen or fresh blueberries || 1 Cup almond milk || 1 Cup Greek yogurt (Vanilla) || 1 tbsp. honey – Blend all ingredients in a blender for 1-11/2 minutes.
