The PROFLEX® X-Strider Mini Walking Treadmill provides a truly effective and sustainable approach to weight loss and toning. This extremely compact unit allows you to walk or power walk within the comfort of your living room. Health studies suggest that brisk walking for 3km everyday can be just as beneficial as more intense sessions of exercising, and the X-Strider has been specifically designed to cater to this simple, but extremely beneficial workout.

The X-Strider features a manual training program, and three pre-set training programs designed to simulate natural walking conditions. It features a prominent digital LED display with mode and speed adjustment controls. The monitor has a safety tether key and dual drink holders attached to its side.
