I bought the Tourine following a recommendation from a close doctor friend of mine. He is no ordinary medical doctor, but also has a PhD in medicine, and has won awards for his “innovative” cancer esearch. I researched what tourine is, because I’d never heard of it before, and soon understood the properties attributed to it from experimentation with mice, which found at 12% increase in lifespan, in addition to numerous other benefits relating to balancing electrolytes, strengthening the immune system, lowering blood pressure, accelerating recovery time and with strong antioxident properties. Because it was on offer at a very low price I bought 4kgs of it. I’ve only been using it for about 8 days and it is obviously too early to record any specific effects, and in this sense I would guess that it’s something like glucosamine, which requires long term use to monitor. I trust my friend and have no reason to disbelieve the published research results. A good find I would say.

Starting taking taurine tablets because had really back back and calf pumps when walking, but I’m terrible for remembering to take supplements in that form. Starting using MyProtien taurine powder and it’s meant I never forget because I throw it in with my creatine everyday. Made a huge difference to just general quality of life
