   It’s okay with milk or juice in a smoothy but with water it just tastes and feels off. Useful to make a high calorie smoothy

   This product is unbelievably sweet.
   I don’t mean it’s sweet like sugar, it goes beyond the idea and reality of something being so sweet. Vanilla was the only available flavour unfortunately for this brand of weight gainer and I fully regret my decision against choosing the other weight gainer pouch.
   I added peanut butter to take the edge off, which did help reduce that super sweet taste but it was still there.
   It mixes very well where there are minimal to no lumps paired with the smarshake container.

   Peanut butter and probably salt. I shall try that next

   I buy this for a family member who struggles to maintain weight and suffers with a lot of muscle pain and cramping even with walking. They’ve been using this and it’s improved their walking distance and the muscle pain that usually follows is rarely a problem now. They find it quite thick to drink so often split a portion through the day having some in their porridge in the morning before a walk and the rest as a milkshake later in the day. It’s helped them maintain a healthier weight alongside a fairly balanced diet and allowed them to resume a mildly active lifestyle.

   Poor quality, very hard to dissolve. Bought the vanilla, however the taste is utterly disgusting. I had bought similar products from MyProtein before and the quality was much better. Recommend to avoid.

   I’ve been using the Advanced Weight Gainer for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It mixes well and tastes great. It doesn’t feel overly heavy or chalky like some gainers I’ve tried before.
   In terms of results, I’ve noticed steady weight and strength gains when combined with my regular training and eating plan. It’s packed with calories, protein, and carbs, making it a perfect addition if you struggle to hit your daily intake.
   No digestion issues for me either, which is a big plus. I usually take one serving post-workout or between meals. Overall, highly recommend if you’re serious about putting on size.

    I strongly advise against purchasing this product or engaging with this company.
    This review addresses a monumental failure on two fronts: product quality and customer service.
    Product Quality is Unacceptable
    The core product itself is deeply flawed. Despite being marketed as a high-calorie blend, the actual powder is lumpy, contains large, hard, unmixable particles, and the flavor profile is clearly incorrect and unpleasant. It is physically difficult to consume and falls far short of any basic standard for a sports nutrition supplement. The product is essentially unusable, failing to deliver on the fundamental promise of quality or effectiveness required for strength and size goals.
    Compounded by an Incorrect Delivery
    Making matters worse, the order was incorrectly fulfilled. My requirement was for two Impact Gainers and one Advanced Gainer, but I was mistakenly sent two Impact Gainers and one Hard Gainer. This error initiated a chain of communication that quickly became a service nightmare.
    The Service Ordeal: Two Weeks of Frustration
    I have been trying to resolve this single issue, requesting a credit for the unusable products, for over two weeks. The customer support process has been utterly inadequate:
    Delayed Responses: Communications from your team are consistently slow.
    Repetitive Explanations: Every time a new team member responds, I am forced to explain the entire shipping error and product quality issue from scratch. I do not have the time or energy to continually detail this problem.
    Unfulfilled Promises: A £10 goodwill gesture was offered early on but has yet to be applied to my account.
    Administrative Stall: Despite escalating the matter to the “Quality Team,” the department has only repeated that they are investigating, without providing any concrete timeline or resolution.
    To summarize, I paid £54.08 for a defective product and have faced weeks of frustration simply trying to get the confirmed account credit applied. This demonstrates a significant lapse in service and respect for the customer’s time.
    Final Verdict: I cannot recommend the Impact Whey Gainer due to its unacceptable quality, and more importantly, I cannot recommend purchasing from a company whose service process is this frustrating and ineffective.
