The Body Iron SQR 60 can assist you with a wide range of movements, such as squats, bench press and dead lifts, which are all extremely effective for building strength and muscle mass. This squat rack also comes with a built-in chin up bar and barbells hooks and offers 36 levels of height adjustment to ensure it meets the needs of all users.
