Description
Clear Vegan Protein: a realistic guide for health, training, and recovery
Clear Vegan Protein is listed as a Protein supplement. This is a practical, label-first guide to how products in this category are commonly used, what to look for, and how to fit it into a sensible health and fitness routine.
Price (at time of import): $44.49
What it is
Clear Vegan Protein is a sports nutrition product marketed to support everyday health and/or training goals. Because formulas can vary by flavour and batch, use the product label as your source of truth for ingredients, allergens, and serve size.
Who it may suit
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone who wants convenience for meeting nutrition targets.
- Be cautious: if you have kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or take prescription medicines—confirm suitability with your GP/pharmacist.
How to use it (practical approach)
- Follow the label: start with the minimum suggested serve, especially if you’re sensitive to stimulants or sweeteners.
- Don’t stack too much: introduce one new supplement at a time so you can tell what helps (or doesn’t).
- Use it to fill gaps: the best use-case is when it helps you hit targets you’d otherwise miss (protein, hydration, micronutrients, etc.).
What to check before buying
- Serving size & per-serve amounts: compare per serve and per 100 g (or per capsule) for fair comparisons.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts, depending on the product.
- Stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine or sugar alcohols.
- Sport testing: if you compete, consider products with reputable third-party testing where available.
Realistic expectations
Most results come from consistent training, enough sleep, and an overall diet that matches your goal. Supplements can help with convenience and consistency, but they won’t replace basics like progressive strength training, daily movement, and adequate total energy intake.
Recommendations to improve outcomes
- Match to your goal: fat loss (protein + fibre focus), muscle gain (adequate calories + progressive overload), performance (carbs + hydration + sleep).
- Protein timing: spread protein across meals rather than relying on one large dinner.
- Track something: weight, steps, lifts, or waist—small measurable changes keep progress honest.
- Recovery basics: hydration, fruit/veg, and regular bedtimes often beat “more supplements”.

Product was 2 months past it’s expiry date and can’t contact anyone about it. Very annoying as I bought it as a Christmas present. The two other vegan clear proteins I bought are about to expire aswell. Not happy.

The toffee apple flavour was so bad, I honestly don’t know how anybody ever tasted it and said “yeah, we can sell this”.

Bought the black cherry flavour and its amazing, tastes just like a cordial and mixes just as good too! I wasn’t a fan of the lemon & lime flavour though. Sad to see Black Cherry isn’t available now (might have been limited edition) but i’m going to try blackcurrant and raspberry mojito based on other reviews

This toffee apple flavour vegan protein actually tastes quite good- a little bit like apple juice. Unlike some vegan protein powders, you open them up and they smell unusual, this smells good. It mixes well/easily. Will purchase again.
Goes Well With:
Water, soda water, maybe sugar free lemonade but I haven’t tried it yet.

This is amazing! The flavour is light and fruity and so refreshing! It mixes well too. Love it and will definitely buy again 😊🩷
Goes Well With:
Fruit in my daily pick me up afternoon smoothie!

Considering other brands of vegan clear protein I have tried are undrinkable, I will definitely be trying the other flavours of this in the future. With just a quick mix this powder dissolves completely leaving no gritty texture or weird foam (I don’t even find the need to let it settle like the instructions suggestion). The watermelon flavour does have a slight bitterness but it is not bad enough to stop me drinking it, especially since it is so light it makes this a really easy way to get enough protein when you’re not hungry.

Natural taste of fruit and easy to drink.

LOOOOOVE this protein!!!! As someone who struggles to drink plain water this has been a godsend! The flavour is sooo yummy! I was worried about the combo of two flavours but it honestly just tastes like pineapple and it’s delicious 😍
Goes Well With:
I put mine on ice and add in my refrigerated green tea/dandelion tea and the flavour from the protein completely covers the unpleasant dandelion taste
12/10 would recommend and have done so

I’ve tried quite a few clear protein flavours now – my go-to are Raspberry & Lemonade, Raspberry & Cranberry and Orange Mango. Quite like Bitter Lemon as well.
This one – Pineapple & Grapefruit – is really disappointing. The flavour is like a pineapple syrup – sickly sweet. I’ve diluted down with 500ml water (I usually use 300ml) & am still struggling to get it down. Funny aftertaste as well. I can’t taste anything resembling graapefruit.
Unless you like thick, super-sweet flavour, I’d suggest looking for something else.
Goes Well With:
Nothing

Pretty good. Not too sweet. Mixes really well.
Only issue is the watermelon flavour tastes more like 10% watermelon , and 90% cherry candy flavour , like in cough syrup
First try of the clear proteins, so Dont know if that cherry flavour is an aftertaste thats in all of them , or an added flavour
