Clear Whey Isolate: a realistic guide for health, training, and recovery
Clear Whey Isolate is listed as a Protein supplement. This is a practical, label-first guide to how products in this category are commonly used, what to look for, and how to fit it into a sensible health and fitness routine.
Price (at time of import): $46.49
What it is
Clear Whey Isolate is a sports nutrition product marketed to support everyday health and/or training goals. Because formulas can vary by flavour and batch, use the product label as your source of truth for ingredients, allergens, and serve size.
Who it may suit
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone who wants convenience for meeting nutrition targets.
- Be cautious: if you have kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or take prescription medicines—confirm suitability with your GP/pharmacist.
How to use it (practical approach)
- Follow the label: start with the minimum suggested serve, especially if you’re sensitive to stimulants or sweeteners.
- Don’t stack too much: introduce one new supplement at a time so you can tell what helps (or doesn’t).
- Use it to fill gaps: the best use-case is when it helps you hit targets you’d otherwise miss (protein, hydration, micronutrients, etc.).
What to check before buying
- Serving size & per-serve amounts: compare per serve and per 100 g (or per capsule) for fair comparisons.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts, depending on the product.
- Stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine or sugar alcohols.
- Sport testing: if you compete, consider products with reputable third-party testing where available.
Realistic expectations
Most results come from consistent training, enough sleep, and an overall diet that matches your goal. Supplements can help with convenience and consistency, but they won’t replace basics like progressive strength training, daily movement, and adequate total energy intake.
Recommendations to improve outcomes
- Match to your goal: fat loss (protein + fibre focus), muscle gain (adequate calories + progressive overload), performance (carbs + hydration + sleep).
- Protein timing: spread protein across meals rather than relying on one large dinner.
- Track something: weight, steps, lifts, or waist—small measurable changes keep progress honest.
- Recovery basics: hydration, fruit/veg, and regular bedtimes often beat “more supplements”.

I was worried because there were a lot of negative reviews about Myprotein but my order arrived within a week and the peach flavour is so good!! I added a spritz of lime juice as it is a bit sweet, and the sour element makes it more balanced. So good!
Goes Well With:
Ice and lime, perfect for going into summer

The strawberry kiwi is sour and disgusting, not worth it at all.

I have tried pretty much all the flavours, I made this review to specifically share how good the Peach Tea flavour is. It is easily the best. It has a very faint, pleasant tea taste with perfect sweetness. I find it incredibly easy to drink.
The next best flavour is watermelon, but it’s not for those who don’t like sweet things as it’s quite sweet.
The third best flavour is probably orange and mango.
Goes Well With:
Ice cold water. I mix my serve up the night before to assist with the average mixability.

I just received my clear protein and am thrilled. It feels light and finally I have found a flavour that isn’t sickly sweet like some other brands. Definitely recommend!

Honestly, I didn’t think I would like it so much. But it’s perfect for summer. It feels fresh and refreshing. I’m going to order two more because one was too little for me. With ice it’s incredible.
Goes Well With:
Ice
Fruit

So glad I purchased the clear protein. Cranberry and raspberry flavour is delicious. Tastes sweet like cordial but not an overpowering or artificial taste at all. Mixes well too. Highly recommend!

Have tried both the Peach Tea and Orange Mango flavour. The peach is quite subtle and palatable. Orange mango is really nice – almost taste like a Fanta if you allow your imagination to wander. Mixability can be a bit of an issue with this range of products. If you like the protein drink cold, I recommend first dissolving in tap water first, shaking, and only then adding ice. If you had ice directly to powder then add water, it is diabolical (i.e. terrible clumping).

I love the clear whey proteins as a fresh take rather than the smoothie/milkshake kind of option. I’ve tried the watermelon and mojito and like them both. Great mixed just with cold water, but my favourite has been blending a scoop of mojito clear whey with some chilled melon (watermelon or honeydew), and lime, and serving over ice. Fresh and delicious!
Goes Well With:
Chilled water, or blend with honeydew or watermelon, lime and ice.

After seeing so many good reviews on this brand I decided to try it. I bought the raspberry lemonade flavour and it is the most disgusting thing i’ve ever tasted. It tastes horrible, like chemicals and kind of has a milky aftertaste and smells just as bad. Genuinely wondering if the product is off that’s how bad it is. I don’t know wether i’ve gotten a bad batch, or if it’s the flavour i chose or if i just have bad taste buds but i’ve seen many others in these reviews and online saying these taste like chemicals and they’re right. going to have to give it away after one scoop, no way i can drink it. really disappointing
