What it is
Clear Whey Protein Powder is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.
Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
- Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.
How to use it in a “real life” routine
Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.
- Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
- On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
- With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.
What to check on the label before you buy
- Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
- Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
- Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.
Evidence-informed expectations
Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Clear Whey Protein Powder as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.
Practical recommendations to get better results
- Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
- Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
- Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
- Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.

Genuinely tastes good – I can’t stand normal protein shakes but this stuff is great! Tastes like squash but fills you up.

I just got this today and it tastes amazing, I was expecting it to taste slightly artifical but it just tastes like fresh mint, could use a little more of a lime flavour I think but thats just my preference. Either way would buy again

Doesn’t taste like strawberry and kiwi, tastes like milk and is overly sweet tasting like white chocolate. Avoid this flavour!!!

I really enjoyed the taste of this. I know cherry can be a polarising flavour but if you normally like cherry things then this should be just fine for you. Will be ordering again

I’ve had the peach tea flavour for a while now, always found it really refreshing. Just bought a new one (new formulation) now has strange black specks in the powder and the colour of the drink is a weird dark colour now. More importantly the taste is NOT nice. Very bitter, nothing like the refreshing drink it was before. Very poor.

This is one of the best MP products I’ve had! The taste isn’t artificial at all, it has that lemon-y ‘zing’ with the hint of sweetness from the raspberry, just overall a really great quality. I blend with water and blackberries to make a protein berry smoothie. Honestly so good!

It would be 5 stars for the watermelon flavour. Was struggling to get the usual chocolate/strawberry flavours down and gave this a go. First got the watermelon and loved it, tastes a bit artificial but I like that flavour. It’s perfect for early gym sessions.
However, beware pineapple flavour would give that 1 star. The taste when drinking is horrible, it smells delicious and if I drink half then top up again with water it’s alright. It tints the flavour of water throughout the day when I fill up my bottle but it was good then. But first mix and drink is horrible.
To those complaining about foam, leave it to settle it always does. Same with clumping, let it settle then reshake and sorts it out. At least for me.

Check the other 1-star reviews; you’ll get the idea! Aftertaste is trash. Overly sweet. Each portion I attempt to drink gives me the feeling of drinking a shot someone doesn’t like 😀

The taste is perfect for the apple flavour. Not too sweet. I’m disappointed that the tub was half empty, so felt like I didn’t get my moneys worth
