What it is
Clear Whey Protein (Sample) is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.
Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
- Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.
How to use it in a “real life” routine
Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.
- Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
- On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
- With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.
What to check on the label before you buy
- Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
- Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
- Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.
Evidence-informed expectations
Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Clear Whey Protein (Sample) as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.
Practical recommendations to get better results
- Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
- Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
- Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
- Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this clear whey protein as previous ones from other brands I had tried tasted like I was drinking a bath bomb. This was nothing like that though. It really just tastes like you are drinking a juice. Defo recommend!

I got some samples with my last order, the cranberry one is cool and enjoyable would definitely recommend, the orange one I would not recommend even to the kitchen sink I poured half of it down, maybe the grimmest flavour of anything I’ve ever tasted? I love orange flavoured stuff and this was so bad I was gagging hard no matter how much I tried to force it down or get to enjoy it.

Definitely get some samples before buying a big batch. Strawberry and kiwi was really nice. Could not believe i’m drinking protein!
But watermelon flavour was very sweet but really bitter. I could not drink it.

Just tastes like juice! No weird protein taste. Will definitely invest in the bigger size.

Love this! Just taste like juice so much easier to take than a shake! (Personal opinion)

The bitter lemon is by far the best. I’ve tried strawberry and kiwi, orange and mango, peach tea and all the sample packs. They’re all either too sweet or they leave a really weird aftertaste. Bitter lemon is literally just a really refreshing lemonade flavour with no gross aftertaste. Really nice.

Great flavour profile, make sure to mix well with some ice, and do it in a kitchen where you can strain some bits that dont mix well. Other than that, its great for people like me who dislike milkshakes and creamy heavy-feeling protein drinks.

Unfortunately the pear flavour did not mix well at all! The powder in the sachet seemed damp and curdled when added to the water.
