Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) fruit juice powder: 57.1mg, derived from fresh juice 2g.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 250mg.
Zinc amino acid chelate equiv. zinc: 10mg.

Directions of Use
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 tablet daily, once or twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. Not to be used in children under 5 years for relief of mild fever.
