    Do melhor que há para proteger as articulações.
    Meu treino baseia-se muito nos calistenicos, elevações na barra fixa, flexões de braços e outros exercícios com repetições altas o que submete articulações como ombros e cotovelos a muito stress, porém as dores incomodativas nas articulações desapareceram e, o mais importante, protege a saúde das articulações…
    Não posso deixar de salientar o factor psicológico que representa estar a treinar e, de alguma forma, sentir que minhas articulações estão mais protegidas.
