After reading about the benefits of good gut health on wider wellbeing I decided to start taking these gummies, been doing so for all of 2024 and have definitely noticed a significant improvement on gut health and general all round health too, tried pro biotic drinks instead for a week which didn’t have anywhere near the same benefit and was straight back on these! After having 0 issues my whole life and suddenly not being able to go regularly bd being in a lot of pain with bloating all despite having a healthy fibrous diet. I changed so many things to try and change this. But once I bought these gummies I’ll never go back, honestly I’m so happy because It was seriously effecting my life.
I’ve been on them for 3 months now but I noticed the difference after a week of taking them. Less bloating for sure and regular again. I’ve recommended to others who have also been so surprised how well they work especially for the price.
