I’ve been taking these gummies for 2 months now and my nails have never been stronger.
I’ve never been able to grow my nails without builder gel. I haven’t needed any gel over the last 2 months, so strong and growing so quickly!
However, I haven’t noticed any changes to my skin or hair( maybe i need to take them for longer to see the effects of this). But this product is worth it for the nail strength on its own!

I am just about to finish my second pot, i have seen a big improvement in my nails, they kept splitting down the middle and thin after using dip gels. They are stronger now and dont split.
