I’m a strong believer that out of the many supplements out there, some people respond better than others (creatine, bcaas etc). This probably is the same. I lift 6 days a week and I like to experiment with natural supplements that help me recover so I can cope at 38 years of age. I mix my own pre workout etc. I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I believe they are helping me recover, I’m cutting, currently down to 10% body fat and I had more energy today in the gym than I have in a long time. I am now using the powder that MyP sells, put 5g in my workout drink and take 2 of these before bed. I recommend trying, worth it if you respond to it like I do.

From my own search the best price for this supplement available currently, do note that the literature around the supplement is using triple the recommended dose on the packaging, I have followed the research over the packaging so bare that in mind (180 tablets is 30 days supply).
Results – I’m in my third month of 6 tablets daily, 5k time is down 10%, 10k time 5-7%, a fairly significant improvement, obviously not every second of improvement will be down to the supplement but anecdotally feel fresher for longer, especially when pushing.
More significant for me than the pace is recovery, I’ve gone from 15-20km a week and feeling uncomfortable adding further mileage on top of weight training, to 40km a week and still feeling fresh.
For running, this in my opinion is a must take.
