I don’t suffer with PCOs but what I do suffer with is hormonal acne, I have tried everything you can think of and NOTHING has worked. I started taking these almost a week ago and since then I have had 0 spots and my skin feels so soft! I love these tablets so much, please never discontinue them!

These supplements have been my skins saving grace. I have suffered with hormonal acne my whole adult life and was at the end of my tether with wasting money on skincare. I am on my second month of taking these supplements and i can confidently say i have only had 3 spots within this time frame and they disappeared as quickly as they arrived (which is so unlike my skin). The only thing i have changed in my diet or everyday life is taking these supplements.

These products were a lifesaver for managing my PMDD symptoms. The color changed unexpectedly in the middle of 2025, and since then, they have stopped working effectively. I have been consistently emailing customer service to inquire about what changes might have occurred, as I need this information to adapt or reimplement the treatment. However, I have received no response. Due to this lack of support and transparency, I will avoid this brand in the future and will no longer use their products.

I have been suffering with an irregular cycle for the past 5 months where my cycle was 14-17 days and it was abnormal. But after finishing my first bottle and a half I had a normal cycle of 29 days like i ised to. I did also change my lifestyle, like cutting out refined and added sugar and adding omega 3s, healthy fats and focusing on gut health.
