What it is
Impact Creatine is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.
Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
- Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.
How to use it in a “real life” routine
Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.
- Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
- On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
- With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.
What to check on the label before you buy
- Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
- Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
- Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.
Evidence-informed expectations
Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Impact Creatine as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.
Practical recommendations to get better results
- Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
- Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
- Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
- Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.
FAQs
What is Impact Creatine?
Impact Creatine is a creatine supplement sold for general health and fitness goals. Always check the label on the product page for exact ingredients and serving details.
Who is Impact Creatine best for?
It may suit people who struggle to meet nutrition targets from food alone (e.g., protein intake) or who want a convenient option around training. If you have medical conditions or take medications, check with your clinician.
How do I take Impact Creatine?
Follow the manufacturer’s directions on the label. Start with the minimum suggested serve to assess tolerance, and avoid stacking multiple new supplements at once.
Can I take it every day?
Many people use sports nutrition products daily, but this depends on your goals, total diet, and how you tolerate the product. Use it to complement food, not replace it.
Is Impact Creatine safe if I’m older or on medication?
Safety depends on the exact ingredients and your health profile. If you’re pregnant/breastfeeding, have kidney or liver disease, cardiovascular issues, or take prescription medicines, discuss it with your doctor or pharmacist first.
Health note: This article is general information only and isn’t medical advice. Supplements aren’t a substitute for a balanced diet. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medicines, check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything new.

I use the unflavoured version and add it to a protein shake post workout. I found other creatine powders to have a very gritty texture but this one is not which is fantastic. It’s good value compared to gummies and tablets too so 100% recommend

I got a freebie bag of tropical flavour so I thought I’d give it a pop. It tastes spot on and mixes so well, other brands I’ve had are too grainy and don’t mix. This just like drinking juice really easy to get down and look forward to having a glass of it

So strong flavour it’s unpalatable, even serving it’s the smell is strong.
Have had creatine natural and felt like a change what a mistake
I normally added to my mix first think but this is so strong it overpower anything else
Saccharine/tart/ascorbic

Review for Berry Burst flavour: I bought the 1KG pack, and unfortunately it’s completely undrinkable. The taste is overwhelmingly artificial and unpleasant. I’d strongly recommend going for the unflavoured version or trying a different flavour instead. This one is so bad it’s almost nightmarish.
Hope this helps someone avoid the same mistake!

I use the blueberry one. Tastes so nice. Dissolves well and results speak for themselves.

This doesn’t dissolve well and makes a powdery water not dissimilar to an Alka-Seltzer, would not recommend and will be going back to tablet form. Also tastes fairly dreadful.

This is a spot on balance of great quality and price, does exactly what you want it to do and doesn’t feel like you’re drinking chalk.

I will keep it short.
Taste : 7/10
The unflavored has a bit of weird after taste. Biggest issue is the mixibility, even with a mixer, there is a small sandy particles at bottom that stick to your mouth when drinking the last gulp.
I would not recommend using the old shake-and-stir method alone.

I’ve just received my order of creatine. Tried the blue raspberry flavour before and honestly after a few days got sick of the taste. Just tried the vimto flavour and it’s amazing. So good in fact I’m going to order some vimto clear whey to go with it
