What it is
Impact Diet Collagen is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.
Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
- Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.
How to use it in a “real life” routine
Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.
- Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
- On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
- With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.
What to check on the label before you buy
- Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
- Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
- Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.
Evidence-informed expectations
Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Impact Diet Collagen as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.
Practical recommendations to get better results
- Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
- Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
- Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
- Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.
FAQs
What is Impact Diet Collagen?
Impact Diet Collagen is a collagen sold for general health and fitness goals. Always check the label on the product page for exact ingredients and serving details.
Who is Impact Diet Collagen best for?
It may suit people who struggle to meet nutrition targets from food alone (e.g., protein intake) or who want a convenient option around training. If you have medical conditions or take medications, check with your clinician.
How do I take Impact Diet Collagen?
Follow the manufacturer’s directions on the label. Start with the minimum suggested serve to assess tolerance, and avoid stacking multiple new supplements at once.
Can I take it every day?
Many people use sports nutrition products daily, but this depends on your goals, total diet, and how you tolerate the product. Use it to complement food, not replace it.
Is Impact Diet Collagen safe if I’m older or on medication?
Safety depends on the exact ingredients and your health profile. If you’re pregnant/breastfeeding, have kidney or liver disease, cardiovascular issues, or take prescription medicines, discuss it with your doctor or pharmacist first.

I’ve just finished my first batch of this and I can already tell a difference – my skin is glowing and I have more energy. It fills you up so I’ve been having it as a breakfast smoothie every morning. It doesn’t affect my stomach like previous protein powders have. Just ordered my second lot!

I love how this tastes as a midmorning drink before I go to the gym. It keeps me full until my post workout protein loading.
I love it and have ordered 4 more tubs while the 80% offer is on.

Ordered this as the unflavoured Clear Collagen Powder has been discontinued (I am really gutted about this as my skin has been perfect since starting it 8 months ago). The caramel latte flavour is super sweet. This only contains one type of collagen. This powder does not mix well in coffee, it is lumpy and creates a sticky film over the tops of the coffee. I won’t be purchasing again and instead have gone to another company to purchase unflavoured collagen powder with type 1 and 3 collagen.

I’ve only been using this for about a week and can already feel a difference. I’ve been doing a lot of functional workouts and strength training and have noticed a difference in my stomach, legs, and arms. The muscle is looking more defined, I’ve lost some fat, and my skin is looking so much better. Would definitely recommend.
The taste is odd at first but you get used to it. Even after you mix it there’s still some clumps. Find it best to swallow them down like a tablet rather than bite them or let them settle in your mouth.

Fantastic alternative to Starbucks’ Caramel Latte! Lovely with some oat milk and ice. I found it works best when added to liquid rather than other way round as it can be quite clumpy when mixing. I have sweet tooth so it doesn’t bother me but it is quite sweet too!

Now I’m pretty new to supplements and vitamins my neighbour who is a personal trainer has along with my physio recommended I start these in addition to a new fitness program, as I’m also looking to lose weight I thought I’d try this, oh how surprised was I it tastes absolutely delicious so good that I let my wife try it and next day she’s decided to start a fitness program too. I personally found it dead easy to mix in the free 1st order shaker, I shake it 3 times letting it settle in between and I never have a problem (this is also how I would mix powder wood glue for work) definitely recommend it
