Really great tasting protein shake packed full of protein which gives me zero bloat.
I take two of these shakes per day. One immediately after training and one before bed. It agrees well with my tummy as many shakes previously would not and the taste is amazing with no gammy protein breath afterwards.

I have had the iced latte and the banana, couldn’t get ice latte this time, so just bought vanilla and add coffee powder. I make mine in the blender with 300ml water and four ice cubes absolutely beautiful no lumps very smooth & tastes delicious keeps me full for hours. I got the iced latte flavour and it tastes so nice and not too sickly and heavy like some proteins do. The only issue I found is that it can be quite hard to mix and I’ve got a few lumpy bits, but I think this may just be a shaker issue. Would definitely recommend.

Having always used the meal replacement blend I thought I would try something with more protein per serving, reviews state that the iced latte flavour is delicious!
It is revolting, do not be fooled by these reviews, even mixing in hazelnut flavour drops it tastes horrific, has the typical taste of protein powders, awful aftertaste and unbearable to drink!

Sadly powering through my first cookies and cream protein shake… I think it reminds of a shoe cleaner?? Very odd taste, but absolutely no resemblance to cookies and cream.

I got the Banana flavour but it’s not a great taste at all. It’s got an earthy taste too it. Was hoping it would grow on me but I’m 2 weeks in and it’s still bad.

This product is labelled as “diet whey” but I’ve done some research and figured out that this diet whey has more calories in it per scoop than the regular impact whey.
My boyfriend is currently on a weight gainer powder and compared this diet whey to his weight gainer powder and turns out his powder was less in calories than my “diet” whey.
I had been using this product for a few years or so on and off and haven’t ever known this information, I’ll only stick to buying the regular impact whey from now on! I’d also seen one comment explaining that diet whey is only to be used as a meal replacement. However, I can’t find this information under this product at all. It is delicious though, great flavours and blends well.
