What it is

Impact Pea Protein is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.

Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)

  • Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
  • Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.

How to use it in a “real life” routine

Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.

  • Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
  • On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
  • With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.

What to check on the label before you buy

  • Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
  • Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
  • Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
  • Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.

Evidence-informed expectations

Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Impact Pea Protein as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.

Practical recommendations to get better results

  • Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
  • Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
  • Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
  • Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.

FAQs

What is Impact Pea Protein?

Impact Pea Protein is a protein supplement sold for general health and fitness goals. Always check the label on the product page for exact ingredients and serving details.

Who is Impact Pea Protein best for?

It may suit people who struggle to meet nutrition targets from food alone (e.g., protein intake) or who want a convenient option around training. If you have medical conditions or take medications, check with your clinician.

How do I take Impact Pea Protein?

Follow the manufacturer’s directions on the label. Start with the minimum suggested serve to assess tolerance, and avoid stacking multiple new supplements at once.

Can I take it every day?

Many people use sports nutrition products daily, but this depends on your goals, total diet, and how you tolerate the product. Use it to complement food, not replace it.

Is Impact Pea Protein safe if I’m older or on medication?

Safety depends on the exact ingredients and your health profile. If you’re pregnant/breastfeeding, have kidney or liver disease, cardiovascular issues, or take prescription medicines, discuss it with your doctor or pharmacist first.

10 reviews for Impact Pea Protein

  1. Limpet67

It’s a very fine powder that mixes very easily with water, but needs about 400ml per scoop or it goes really thick. Taste is not unpleasant, very different to the whey protein flavours, not such a strong flavour, but with a hint of peas!

  2. SD

I honestly love the taste of this pea protein! I got the chocolate flavour and mixing it with oat milk and a banana only and it is great. Would love to try the Salted Caramel one as well 😋

  3. Peter

It’s cheaper than whey with a similar amino acid profile. Makes thicker shakes, even with water.

  4. Cozi

The **strawberry-flavored MyProtein Impact Pea Protein** is a solid choice for those looking for a plant-based protein option with a refreshing taste. It delivers a **smooth texture** and a **pleasantly fruity flavor**, making it enjoyable whether mixed with water or a milk alternative.
One of its standout features is its **high protein content**, which supports muscle recovery and daily nutrition needs. Unlike some plant-based proteins, it avoids excessive grittiness, blending well into shakes or smoothies.
For those seeking a **dairy-free, vegan-friendly** protein source, this is a great pick. It’s also **low in sugar**, making it a smart choice for those watching their intake. If you enjoy a **light, natural strawberry taste**, this could be a fantastic addition to your routine!

  5. Clay

Good stuff, salted caramel is the best flavored protein I have ever had. Mixes great with a frother, not too heavy and no lactose bloat and farts.

  6. Clo

Just can’t stomach it, I’ve tired everything.
Thought I’d like it being coffee

  7. Little voice

I only buy the plain unflavoured version from this company as all products are sweetened with artificial sweetners. I wish their protein powders and protein bars used stevia or monk fruit or allulose.

  8. PH29

I recently discovered I’m intolerant to cows milk, so I thought I’d try this but it is disgusting. The taste, the texture, its awful. If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would.

  9. Wayne

Where do I start! I have recently just made the switch from Applied Nutrition to My Protein, and due to my dietary issues needed to purchase a vegan protein. I’ve made 3 shakes since I got this and it will not dissolve, making the drinks extremely unpleasant. After trying more times using just water and not any other types of food and not being successful, I am now having to look at purchasing more from elsewhere. Moreover, the taste of the Salted Caramel flavour wasn’t the greatest, leaving a chemical taste in my mouth. I’m really disappointed as MyProtein doesn’t have a huge name in this market and I would’ve hoped they could satisfy people who require vegan protein a bit better.

  10. Sore Muscles

I don’t know how everyone else has been consuming this powder but I have to say, I’ve only had this in Greek and vegan yogurt and I really like it! Adds a great flavour whenever I get bored of just plain yogurt and I wanna get in extra protein before I go to the gym
