Price (at time of import): $11.49
What it is
Impact Protein Variety Pack (10 Servings) is a sports nutrition product marketed to support everyday health and/or training goals. Because formulas can vary by flavour and batch, use the product label as your source of truth for ingredients, allergens, and serve size.
Who it may suit
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone who wants convenience for meeting nutrition targets.
- Be cautious: if you have kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or take prescription medicines—confirm suitability with your GP/pharmacist.
How to use it (practical approach)
- Follow the label: start with the minimum suggested serve, especially if you’re sensitive to stimulants or sweeteners.
- Don’t stack too much: introduce one new supplement at a time so you can tell what helps (or doesn’t).
- Use it to fill gaps: the best use-case is when it helps you hit targets you’d otherwise miss (protein, hydration, micronutrients, etc.).
What to check before buying
- Serving size & per-serve amounts: compare per serve and per 100 g (or per capsule) for fair comparisons.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts, depending on the product.
- Stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine or sugar alcohols.
- Sport testing: if you compete, consider products with reputable third-party testing where available.
Realistic expectations
Most results come from consistent training, enough sleep, and an overall diet that matches your goal. Supplements can help with convenience and consistency, but they won’t replace basics like progressive strength training, daily movement, and adequate total energy intake.
Recommendations to improve outcomes
- Match to your goal: fat loss (protein + fibre focus), muscle gain (adequate calories + progressive overload), performance (carbs + hydration + sleep).
- Protein timing: spread protein across meals rather than relying on one large dinner.
- Track something: weight, steps, lifts, or waist—small measurable changes keep progress honest.
- Recovery basics: hydration, fruit/veg, and regular bedtimes often beat “more supplements”.

These shakes mix to perfection everytime, no lumps or powder build up. The variety allows you to find the flavour that works best for you and your family so you can then order the best option for you.
They arrived in a lovely box, ideal as a gift for my son for his 18th! He absolutely loves them

I am very happy with this product! I am new to protein powder do was happy to find something that I could sample different flavours to see which I like best… There were a few like choc mint and strawberry that I didn’t enjoy but that was purely down to personal preference…. it was a good buy in my opinion…
My only downside is that it doesn’t offer a choice of what’s in it… so I had to buy a couple of the sample bits that are standalone like the blueberry and cinnamon Danish… it would be great to be able to pick the ten, but other than that, I am a big fan of this buy!!
The Skee –
New to Myprotein and wanted to try some flavours before committing to a full size pack. But actually I’ve found these single packs handy to chuck in the kit bag as they are ready to mix.

All were good only
Problem was you were given double flavour
KSmi –
Not a flavour I didn’t like but they are extremely sweet. Adding more milk makes them too watery. Then it’s not a nice consistency. However mixing the chocolate flavours into hot milk is good.

I love these!!
Especially if you are new to protein and not sure of which flavour is best!
The variety pack gives me the option to pick a different flavour each time!!
Would highly recommend!!

I purchased a 500g bag of protein power a month (or so) ago and was getting a bit bored of it and wondered what other options there were – this is such a great way to try many flavours without potentially wasting money/powder. I’ve now found my new favourite flavour from this!!
Hughes90 –
Chose this one just to find I flavour I liked ended up choose 2.5kg banana, taste like a McDonald’s milkshake as does the chocolate one. The cinnamon Danish was my least favourite as it repeated on me through out the day but all easy to mix and pretty tasty good go to for travelling to.

It’s a great way to try new flavours. I’ve just read the comments about how there used to be 20 sachets in a pack.
I wasn’t aware of them selling 20 sachets in a pack. So don’t know any different.
I thought it was good value for money.
My only disappointment is, you can’t pick the flavours. As I got sent some I was never going to like.
