Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Mini): practical guide for training, recovery, and everyday nutrition

Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Mini) is listed as a Protein supplement. Below is a realistic, label-first guide to how people typically use products in this category, what to look for, and how to fit it into a sensible health and fitness routine.

Price (at time of import): $2.0

What it is

Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Mini) is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.

Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)

  • Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
  • Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.

How to use it in a “real life” routine

Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.

  • Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
  • On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
  • With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.

What to check on the label before you buy

  • Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
  • Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
  • Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
  • Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.

Evidence-informed expectations

Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Mini) as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.

Practical recommendations to get better results

  • Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
  • Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
  • Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
  • Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.

10 reviews for Myprotein Plastic Scoop (Mini)

  1. Buzzz

Received a tiny red scoop. Like the other reviews said, barely fits a couple grains of rice. Complete waste of money. Bought it without reading any reviews…never again.

  2. Mylinh

the scoop was like microscopic its not even 1/4 teaspoons

  3. Elvia

Literally don’t order it, at first I thought it was a joke but I guess it was my error for not reading reviews! This is smaller than half of my pinky finger.

  4. Eric

It’s so small that no use at all, those tea spoon or measurement spoon in dollar shop are much much better than this.

  5. julianna

  6. Carrian

Don’t buy this as it is a the size of your pinky finger. I feel scammed!

  7. Sandy

I didn’t read the comments before purchasing. This scoop is nothing like the photo. Huge huge scam! Do not buy this! My daughter should use it in her Barbie house! I even contacted the company because I thought it was an error and was laughing- but no! My mini scoop doesn’t measure anything! Someone posted about it hold a few grains of rice. That’s generous. If 0 stars was an option – that’s what I would have given it.

  8. Alexander

Genuinely thought it would be nice to have to not mix up my spoons but it’s so small the biggest scam I’ve ever seen

  9. Patrick

I bought these and can’t even be mad at what I got because if I read the reviews I would have known! 😂😂😂 These “supplement scoops” aren’t even functional! Haha. They aren’t blue or even have a rounded bottom. I’d have to scoop 100 scoops of my creatine to get to 5 grams and it would take me all day if I wanted to use them to scoop protein. I can’t stop laughing at how silly these scoops are. Don’t buy these! The supplements are great, but MyProtein needs to take these off their page. These are a joke. Hahaha. Just read the reviews. Don’t mess yourself over. I’m crying with laughter at how little these things are! Hahahaha

  10. McKraut

What a piece of junk. I got it because it was used in the description of another product only to find that it was 1. Unneeded, 2. Completely useless for its purpose.
This thing is hot garbage and went right into the garbage.
