I’ve been using these containers for carrying during and post workout powders and for some fruit again post workout and they work really well pretty strong go together well I live 10 minutes from the gym so walk and with the tower being in my gym bag moving around as I’m walking to the gym there has not been one bit of powder leak definitely recommend them
