The formula contains Ferrochel® (ferrous bisglycinate), an organic form of iron that is highly bioavailable and gentle on the digestive system as well as folic acid, vitamins B2 and B12. This combination of nutrients maintains haemoglobin formation and assists healthy red blood cell production to support blood health. Iron and vitamin B12 are also known to support the transport of oxygen in the body, making this formula a great everyday supplement for overall health.
