Origin Pre-Workout Pump | Stim Free: a realistic guide for health, training, and recovery

Price (at time of import): $16.49
What it is
Origin Pre-Workout Pump | Stim Free is a sports nutrition product marketed to support everyday health and/or training goals. Because formulas can vary by flavour and batch, use the product label as your source of truth for ingredients, allergens, and serve size.
Who it may suit
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone who wants convenience for meeting nutrition targets.
- Be cautious: if you have kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or take prescription medicines—confirm suitability with your GP/pharmacist.
How to use it (practical approach)
- Follow the label: start with the minimum suggested serve, especially if you’re sensitive to stimulants or sweeteners.
- Don’t stack too much: introduce one new supplement at a time so you can tell what helps (or doesn’t).
- Use it to fill gaps: the best use-case is when it helps you hit targets you’d otherwise miss (protein, hydration, micronutrients, etc.).
What to check before buying
- Serving size & per-serve amounts: compare per serve and per 100 g (or per capsule) for fair comparisons.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts, depending on the product.
- Stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine or sugar alcohols.
- Sport testing: if you compete, consider products with reputable third-party testing where available.
Realistic expectations
Most results come from consistent training, enough sleep, and an overall diet that matches your goal. Supplements can help with convenience and consistency, but they won’t replace basics like progressive strength training, daily movement, and adequate total energy intake.
Recommendations to improve outcomes
- Match to your goal: fat loss (protein + fibre focus), muscle gain (adequate calories + progressive overload), performance (carbs + hydration + sleep).
- Protein timing: spread protein across meals rather than relying on one large dinner.
- Track something: weight, steps, lifts, or waist—small measurable changes keep progress honest.
- Recovery basics: hydration, fruit/veg, and regular bedtimes often beat “more supplements”.

You’ll definitely feel the effects of this pre workout and the Orange Mango flavour is probably the best flavour pre workout I’ve had. Definitely recommend

Great stuff, tastes great and no stim is a great bonus.
Get a nice big juicy pump on this stuff

Good gear, this.
Good for the ever so slightly training sessions – no caffeine you see. Tastes sharp, kicks you a kick, sound.
Recommended!

Picked up the Orange Mango Soda. Mixes well, give a moment to settle and will be just fine.
Taste is great, refreshing and well flavoured. Does give a soda like taste I reckon from the citrulline.
Dosage on this is great. So many pre workouts are massively under dosed but this is much closer to the realms you should be in.
Effects – pump is legit. Did an arm workout and was struggling to reach an itch on my back because of the pump. The beta-alanine acted as a good lactic buffer to get a few more reps in.
This is obviously a subjective review but it worked for me.

Gives you a pump and does what its meant to, flavour is sour but reminds me of carrot juice for some reason. (Sour apple flavour)

Stim Free Origin pre workout does the job! Good pump on the arms & chest this morning without the caffeine! I’ve tried 1 scoop with 300ml water and I definitely felt the pump during my weight’s session.

for the first maybe 3 scoops it was ok, although it tastes and smells atomic if you’re that into fitness its no worse than any other flavoured creatine or pre workout. the main problem is that 90% of the “powder” in the container is bound together at the bottom making it impossible to use more than the 3 scoops of actual powder on top of the giant lump underneath it.

I was using this pre for a while until one day I returned to the tub and I was unable to scoop any of it out. It had somehow fused together into a solid slab of pre workout. I took the pieces out and blended it to use again but the next day when I returned to the tub the same thing had happened. I ended up throwing away half a tub of pre workout because of this. Also stored it in a cool dry place with the lid tightly secured so it was not the way I steered it

I started trying pre work out instead of 1 energy drink a day to try be more cost effective. The sour lemonade does taste ok, although the yellow stains the shaker so hate to think it’s doing same to my teeth and insides. To be fair I feel more gym ready with 250ml Tim of sugar free red bull and find my self craving more energy during the day, as I gym before work 6am.. I have ordered a sour apple to see if this any better.

Nicer alternative than having the caffeine. Not feeling so hyped and crashing. Although I went for orange mango soda and it just tastes of sour orange and is hard to digest. So not hugely keen on it.
