This electrolyte mix has one of the best numbers I could find as far as dosage of essential electrolytes to help you fuel up before, during or after a depleting event, and a great price per a serving. With that being said the taste is not great, it has really strong “chemical” or maybe “metallic” after taste to it. Definitely not pleasant but nowhere near gagging it down. Also the scoop that is included is a 13 gram dose vs the 7.5 per a serving, so be warned it is almost a double scoop. It also doesn’t mix the best, I typically mix it before my workout then put it in the fridge for after (the bad after taste is less strong cold) and there is a foam layer at the top. Not a huge deal another few shakes mixes it up. I am torn I love the nutritional numbers but don’t like the taste.

It’s nine times saltier than I thought it would be, made my face pucker from how much it tasted like salt, I had to make sure I didn’t put too much powder in cause of how salty it was. It didn’t taste good and made me gag, I almost threw up. Undrinkable. Wasted my money, I put it in a shaker bottle and it foamed up all weird, and didn’t mix well with water. TERRIBLE PRODUCT
