    Need an extra kick to get through my workouts after a busy day if work. So after reading some good reviews thought this would help. First week was awesome had loads of energy did make me a bit light headed buy kept me focused. Unfortunately after the good start it was down hill from there it’s almost like my body started to depend on this for every workout I slowly found I was becoming for fatigued the more I used this. Honestly just keep you diet healthy and get plenty of sleep and rest this was definitely not for me. Thankfully no harm done

    So any bad reviews I can see this getting is people who think you can take and not do any work. Hate the term fat burner tbh. This product is essentially for people trying to further lean out or shred that extra couple of BodyFat % by raising temperature and heart rate substantially. Which in turn allows you to push thru the heart rate zones quicker when doing cardio or intense exercise. (Still needs the work, sweat and effort not magic pill that people label fat burner or thermogenic thinking you take and fat melts off). Very good product what would have taken me 15-20mins to get passed zone 2 into 3 I’m now achieving this in sub 10 mins. Very effective at raising heart rate and temperature.
    I would highly NOT recommend for overweight individuals as could only imagine the strain it would put on the heart so please be aware. 
    But would highly recommend for dropping couple BF% to healthy individuals

    I first bought these as I wanted to try to kick start my weight loss so I ordered the meal replacement powder and these tablets. Now I was a bit dubious as a lot of these sort of products tend to make claims that don’t always appear, however after having lost 8.5lbs in 2 weeks they definitely seem to be helping! I wear an apple watch every day and my resting calories burnt has gone from around 1600 on average to 2000, plus I really feel energetic if I start any exercise, even walking! Will be buying again!

    I have been taking these for about a year now, 45 mins before exercise, and I have to say they do their job so well. I was always struggling to get the motivation to get my workouts done due to fatigue and my own laziness but taking thermopure has really increased my focus and motivation. Also, they give me more energy during my workouts so I can train harder and now I rarely feel fatigued even after an intense workout. At first I did notice myself feeling a bit hotter and sweating a bit more after taking them, but after a while you tend to forget about it and now I don’t notice at all. I only take these on days when I weight train though it does say you can take them on non exercise days but unless you need the energy boost I don’t see the point I wouldn’t want my body getting too used to the effects anyways.
    I know people talk about taking them for weight loss but I have no idea if that’s true as I only take them before working out. In a way I suppose its kind of true as it gets me to work out and therefore helps me burns calories but if I wasn’t exercising and just taking thermopure I’m not sure what affect it would have besides the energy boost and concentration. I did not buy it for that purpose so it did not bother me but something I’ve seen other people ask about.
    All in all I love thermopure. It does what it says on the tin and I much prefer taking three of these before a workout than take a pre-workout drink filled with calories and then another protein shake afterwards which I already do. These are straightforward and quick acting which you can take anywhere.

    Really good supplement taste isn’t the greatest and you need to take them pretty quick or they start dissolving on your tongue 🤢
    Good to have couple ways of taking them ie 1 3 times a day or all 3 at once on gym days defo make sure to take them consistently to get full effect
    Month on them has helped me lose a stone in weight 💪

    Work great, get the heart rate and temp up really well to help with burning fat. Will continue buying until I reach my goal weight.
    I have noticed that I have never sweated as much in my life, come out my workouts looking like I’ve just took a shower.
