What it is
Total Protein Blend is a sports nutrition product sold to support common fitness goals such as meeting daily nutrition targets, improving training consistency, and making intake more convenient. Exact ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values vary by flavour and batch—always verify on the product label before use.
Who it’s for (and who should be cautious)
- Good fit: people training regularly, busy schedules, or anyone wanting a convenient way to support their overall intake.
- Use extra care: anyone with kidney/liver disease, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, or those taking prescription medications. If unsure, ask your GP or pharmacist.
How to use it in a “real life” routine
Use the label directions as your starting point. If this is your first time using this type of product, start with the smallest suggested serve and see how you feel for a few days before increasing.
- Around workouts: many people take sports nutrition products pre- or post-training for convenience.
- On rest days: use it only if it helps you hit your daily targets (for example, protein or total calories).
- With food: it’s fine to pair with whole-food meals—think fruit, yoghurt, oats, or a balanced lunch.
What to check on the label before you buy
- Serving size: compare “per serving” and “per 100 g” so you’re not misled by scoop sizes.
- Allergens: especially dairy, soy, gluten, and nuts (varies by product).
- Added stimulants/sweeteners: relevant if you’re sensitive to caffeine, sugar alcohols, or certain sweeteners.
- Third-party testing: if you compete in sport, look for independent testing or informed-sport style certification where available.
Evidence-informed expectations
Supplements can be helpful, but the big drivers of results are still: consistent training, adequate sleep, enough total calories (not too little), and enough protein and fibre from food. Think of Total Protein Blend as a convenience tool—not a shortcut.
Practical recommendations to get better results
- Set a clear goal: fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain. Your supplement choice should match the goal.
- Prioritise protein distribution: aim to spread protein across meals rather than “all at dinner”.
- Strength train progressively: track lifts and aim for small improvements (load, reps, or form) over time.
- Support recovery: hydration, fruits/vegetables, and a consistent bedtime often outperform “extra” supplements.

What is Total Protein Blend?
Total Protein Blend is a protein supplement sold for general health and fitness goals. Always check the label on the product page for exact ingredients and serving details.
Who is Total Protein Blend best for?

Can I take it every day?
Many people use sports nutrition products daily, but this depends on your goals, total diet, and how you tolerate the product. Use it to complement food, not replace it.
Is Total Protein Blend safe if I’m older or on medication?

I’ve been using this product regularly over the last couple of years. It is reasonably priced & tastes nice. I generally get the Vanilla, which blends easily & quickly with water or milk & I will often supplement with frozen fruits or banana. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasty protein option.

For most of my life I’ve struggled to gain weight and muscle. Tried many protein shakes but could never manage to stick at it due to either taste, mix ability or results. However lately I decided to really give it a go and wanted something that provided an all round shake which this definitely does! Mixes great! Tastes great and I can see results ( although not big gains just yet but definite improvements ). Would highly recommend this product to anyone unsure of where to start
Goes Well With:
Milk or water, I’ve been trialing mixing with milk in the morning after breakfast then mixing with water after a workout.

Purchased due to SiS changing their recipe and heard good things about this. It tastes awful, far too many sweeteners had to give whole bag away

Been using Total Protein since 2014. It’s been my everyday go to protein shake for breakfast or meal replacement shakes when I haven’t prepped a whole food meal. I have used all flavours and they taste great. My go to flavour for the past 3-4 years has been vanilla as I use the flavdrops to switch up the taste. As it has 7 different types of protein sources you get a drip feed of amino acids until your next eating window which is great. This is a stable part of my nutrition.
