I’ve been using this product regularly over the last couple of years. It is reasonably priced & tastes nice. I generally get the Vanilla, which blends easily & quickly with water or milk & I will often supplement with frozen fruits or banana. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasty protein option.

This is a fantastic product t that I have beennusing for a while. Decent protein amount in each scoop. Tastes nice with water but really nice with milk and mixes easily with both. Also helps with DOMS significantly

For most of my life I’ve struggled to gain weight and muscle. Tried many protein shakes but could never manage to stick at it due to either taste, mix ability or results. However lately I decided to really give it a go and wanted something that provided an all round shake which this definitely does! Mixes great! Tastes great and I can see results ( although not big gains just yet but definite improvements ). Would highly recommend this product to anyone unsure of where to start

Been using Total Protein since 2014. It’s been my everyday go to protein shake for breakfast or meal replacement shakes when I haven’t prepped a whole food meal. I have used all flavours and they taste great. My go to flavour for the past 3-4 years has been vanilla as I use the flavdrops to switch up the taste. As it has 7 different types of protein sources you get a drip feed of amino acids until your next eating window which is great. This is a stable part of my nutrition.
