These taste great as an alternative to regular creatine tablets but the sugar content is too high. The recommended intake is 6 gummies which contains 11g sugar. Also, there are only 90 gummies per tub so not really cost effective compared. I would not buy again for these reasons.

I cannot comment on their effect as of right now as it’s only been 2 days, but they taste brilliant. I wasn’t expecting them to taste this good.
However I have a sweet tooth and these just about hit the spot for a sweet craving (albeit not their use! Haha) but they aren’t tooooo sweet either, a happy middle. Really lovely subtle lemon flavour.

Don’t know how they managed to make a supplement that is normally giving a bitter kickback, such an awesome taste – slightly disappointed it’s a 3g dose in 6 gummies but they are the easiest thing to take and I’ve noticed the difference. If they made this a 5g dose and a reasonable price for one jar, a month supply, this could not be rivalled!

These used to be fine and we’d regularly take them as a way to get extra creatine because they tasted ok, kind of like a semi sweet treat. Now the new recipe landed the bag never gets touched, the texture is just awful so no one wants to take them.

This is my first time taking creatine and they are super tasty! I can definitely lift a bit heavier in the gym now it’s been a little while. If you live in the uk, it kind of tastes like a lemon fruit pastille. It feels like I’m eating sweets with my breakfast haha!

Every single food item now has a nutritional label, this thing doesn’t. The first ingredient is sugar. This gummy can be anywhere between 20-70 calories for 1g of creatine, what a bad deal if you ask me!

I decided to to try these creatine gummies as I thought it may be more pleasant than taking the usual creatine tablets. But unfortunately I find these gummies sickeningly sweet, and the flavouring also tastes very artificial.
The main issue I have is that I dont feel the extra energy boost which I usually feel when I take the usual creatine tablets. Once finish the two bags of gummies I ordered I will be returning to my usual creatine tablets.
