I cannot comment on their effect as of right now as it’s only been 2 days, but they taste brilliant. I wasn’t expecting them to taste this good.
However I have a sweet tooth and these just about hit the spot for a sweet craving (albeit not their use! Haha) but they aren’t tooooo sweet either, a happy middle. Really lovely subtle lemon flavour.

They’ve changed these since the old pack of 120. They are less sugary than the former which is a good thing, but the consistency isn’t great. More smooshy and less gummy.

This is my first time taking creatine and they are super tasty! I can definitely lift a bit heavier in the gym now it’s been a little while. If you live in the uk, it kind of tastes like a lemon fruit pastille. It feels like I’m eating sweets with my breakfast haha!

Before these gummies, I had only had creatine in powder form and never been consistent with it. This makes it not only more enjoyable and easier to take, but also much easier to remember. My bag sits on my desk and I have 3 when I sit down when I get home, and they’re that good I almost get tempted to eat some more 😂 In the span of close to a month, my bench pr is increasing more and more each time I train, as I felt I was stuck on the same for a long time. I would recommend these to all gym-goers. I only wish they had versions with Vitamin D, Zinc and Magnesium included in it too!

Purchased the raspberry flavour gummies and they taste great. Tastes like a soft gummy. Makes it very easy to be consistent taking a creatine supplement. Really good that they provide the third party testing reports so you know exactly what you’re getting!
Only suggestion would be to include nutritional information about the sugar content etc. As they only include ingredients and creatine content.
