Small enough to swallow whole but of course chewable – taste isn’t unpleasant but prefer not to, as not a fan of the texture. You get what you pay for, though.
Only thing I’d change is the packaging. For the 30-day product the size of the packaging is just way oversized. A huge waste of plastic overall – even the bigger portions I imagine wouldn’t take up more than a quarter of the bottle at max.
Other than that, no issues. As described.

I only take vitamin A as an addition to my vitamins (and I know it has some beneficial effects on the skin). It’s cheap so I just regularly take them without tracking any improvements. But the last time I had my eye check-up (I have astigmatism), my eye grade improved. I don’t know if it’s because of this vitamin or the eyeglass I had before check-up. For sure, this is working. I can’t live without this anymore.

Ive been a type 1 diabetic for 40 years, and have diabetic retinopathy, I now have injections in the eyes due to not been able to have any more laser treatment, so tried my upmost to make sure I don’t have any more problems, so one thing I started was to take vitamin A to help the health of my eye’s, on my last visit to my consultant they were happy with the health of my eyes and I partly put that down to taken vitamin A.
