These 2 vitimins put together work well my skin started to improve with in a week my skin was more clear and soft to the touch.these are also good for my hair after a couple off weeks I noticed my hair started to feel much stronger and its now getting longer.i would highly recommend I deffo want more

My nails were thin and splitting a lot after 6 (cycles) lots of IVF meds. Nothing seemed to help. Took these for a month and noticed a difference as soon as they ran out. Needless to say I now have these on order every month.

I started taking biotin and retinol vitamins hoping for glowing skin and luscious hair. Now my hair is growing faster than my Amazon orders, my nails could cut glass, and I’m starting to look like a dewy forest nymph. At this rate, I might accidentally join a shampoo commercial or get recruited by a skincare cult. Side effects may include unsolicited compliments.
10/10 would glow again.
