We have found this to be beneficial for my husband who until a year ago now(aged81) was cycling 6 days a week but now unable to do so because of medical problems, it has loosened his legs and he is now
a lot more Mobil,also because he is now back on a”bike” has made him very happy
Best $200 we ever spent. I am also using it so good news alround, we have as a couple always done a lot of cycling, Victoria Bike Ride and other long distance rides(700-900 klms.
