What is beta alanine?
Beta alanine is a non-essential amino acid and is the only naturally-occurring beta amino acid.
Beta alanine is different from most amino acids, as it is not used to synthesise proteins. Instead, it produces carnosine, which is stored in your skeletal muscles and reduces the build-up of lactic acid in your muscles during training.

    I have been working out for 12 months consistently. Along with lifting weights I have been hitting my macros and calorie goals on a daily basis as well. My goal was to reduce body fat and increase muscle. The main reason I have decided to take beta alanine was to reduce the soreness in the muscles after a workout(leg day probably the most). After taking the recommended doseage daily (as on the packaging) I have noticed after 2 weeks improvement in the muscle soreness and not only this but also being able to do extra reps sometimes even an extra exercise in my workout routine. Now at 4 weeks with beta alanine I have definitely been able to lift a little more each time and train a little more frequently. The progress was bigger than usual for such timescale. I havent changed anything else in my lifestyle meanwhile or in my nutrition. I understand it may work differently for each person but for me it definitely helped with progressive overload and I can tell also by seeing my body improvements along the lifted weight recorded

    It has no flavour. Very little amount for a single dosage. I personally add it to a protein shake.

    I would be up the creek without this powder as it stops my debilitating condition which is called Aquagenic Pruritus. It causes agony but this powder stops it straightaway. Without these guys delivering it regularly for me I would be suicidal.

    Does what it says on the tin I would advise only using 1/3 of a scoop when mixing with water or squash or whatever you mix it with can make your hand feel very tingly if you over do it

    Squash with water, creatine and aakg my preferred mix for a good pre workout

    I was recommended to this product by my stepdaughter’s enthusiasm and I have not been disappointed as my endurance levels, both mental and physical, seem to have increased markedly. As a racing cyclist it is now an essential of my daily routine. Beta Alanine is doing me a power of good!

    Heard from some mates to try it. Ordered it and received a quick delivery in time to try it with my upcoming gym session. The sessions in the gym have been great and my intensity levels have been much higher since taking this supplement. 100% would recommend if you want to boost your gym sessions to a higher level!

    So I have been lifting weights for 13 years now, I often use pre workout to maximise my workout and get the most out of it. But after using pre workout for a little while it does not have the same affect. I was advised to try a scoop of this with it. It has reminded me of some of the old pre workouts that make your face tingle. Highly recommend to get the best out of your training.
