Had a really good solid pump in the gym (essential for nutrient delivery.. and looks great)
The taste is quite bitter/ chemically but I now mix with a small amount of juice and just throw it back..
Only downside is the tiny little scoop especially as you need 7 of them… a larger scoop be a lot easier.

Been using this for around 18 months and it’s a stable part of my pre workout mix (creatine monohydrate, EAA, l-carnitine). I take 5g 30 minutes before training and starts to work 40 minutes after consuming. Your concentration levels increase massively and you you will literally just focus on the session, set and rep (if you struggle to focus on the workout). Taste is sour but not sure if that’s do to with the additional incidents I take.
