    Takes some time to see improvements of the full effect of the CLA however but effective

    Anything but it is dry so make sure to take a good volume of liguid before taking

    When you shake the bottle it rattles about the same as the Car with the same name. Easy to swallow capsules. No nasty aftertaste. I take these alongside a couple other supplements and did notice a slight drop in my overall performance in the gym when I didn’t take them and a slight increase when I started taking them again.

    Since I’ve been taking these I’ve noticed a difference in belly fat, this is a bit of a problem as I put on quite a bit of weight to a back operation. Haven’t been taking them long and there’s definitely a difference. Fingers crossed this will continue to help as it has so far

    Was a bit skeptical that these could help with fat loss even after reading the positive reviews but I’ve been taking them for a few months now, 2 every morning with breakfast and have seen amazing results. I’ve always struggled to lose the lower belly fat and even without changing anything in my diet, I’ve seen a big improvement. Not expensive either and they’ll be part of my regular order
