When you shake the bottle it rattles about the same as the Car with the same name. Easy to swallow capsules. No nasty aftertaste. I take these alongside a couple other supplements and did notice a slight drop in my overall performance in the gym when I didn’t take them and a slight increase when I started taking them again.

I’ve been taking Myprotein’s CLA for a while now, but honestly, I can’t really tell if it’s making a difference or not. I keep taking it in the hope it helps, but it’s hard to say if there are any noticeable results. That said, I’m happy with the price—it’s affordable and lets me stick with it over time without breaking the bank. I’ll probably keep using it and see if I notice any changes down the line!

Since I’ve been taking these I’ve noticed a difference in belly fat, this is a bit of a problem as I put on quite a bit of weight to a back operation. Haven’t been taking them long and there’s definitely a difference. Fingers crossed this will continue to help as it has so far

Was a bit skeptical that these could help with fat loss even after reading the positive reviews but I’ve been taking them for a few months now, 2 every morning with breakfast and have seen amazing results. I’ve always struggled to lose the lower belly fat and even without changing anything in my diet, I’ve seen a big improvement. Not expensive either and they’ll be part of my regular order
