Have been looking for the right blend of BCAA’s for a long time. Started off with 2:1:1 but was still not recovering well. 4:1:1 allows me to recover in time for my next workout particularly after three days on 1 day off workout split. Would highly recommend!

Overall 3/5. On a cut, Blue Raspberry Fizz gives clean focus, big pump, zero crash – easily a 5-star flavor and product. Due to it being out-of-stock I had to grab Strawberry Laces instead… BIG MISTAKE… flavor was rough, like chemical strawberry with a tobacco/ashtray finish. Performance is the same, but taste matters so it gets a three. Skip Laces, secure Blue Raspberry.
