I’ve been taking these for a few months now (1 a day, even though it says you can take up to 3 softgels daily) I have noticed that my PMS symptoms have decreased (cramps and overall malaise) and I’m sure that it’s down evening primrose! Rather than taking painkillers I wanted to try something more natural, and these seem to be working superbly! ☺️
