I’ve been really silly and damaged my nails with extensions and uv polish. This has left a long term damaging effect on my nails. They were really brittle and doing a small job would them have them breaking right down as the nail was so thin. I honestly can’t believe the difference since starting them. My nails have started to grow again and are getting stronger and harder.
I didn’t buy to help hair or skin but the vitamin has made my skin glow and look fresh. My hair has been shinier after washing and styling better.
I’m happy with my order and I’ll be ordering again on a regular basis to go along with my other My Protein supplements.
