What are amino acids?
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, which helps to grow and maintain muscle mass. 2 This is a great support for all fitness goals, as maintaining your muscles is super-important to progress – whether you are looking to bulk up or slim down.
What are essential amino acids?
Essential amino acids can be defined as amino acids that your body needs, but can’t produce itself. There are nine different essential amino acids in total, these include: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.
All nine essential amino acids have to be obtained through your diet, with the most common sources being meat, poultry, and eggs. This can make it challenging for those following a plant-based lifestyle to get enough of these amino acids from their food alone.

Easy to mix & great way of reaching EAA daily goal. Would probably go flavourless next time & add to other supplement combos

Since I have started taling aminoacids my muscle growth rate has improved and I have a slightly better rate of recovery. I usually hate flavourings as they are too sweet but compared to creatine which is tasteless so easy to drink, amino acids have a bad flavour which means that I have to mix them with some flavoured whey
Goes Well With:
Flavoured whey protein

Best value essential amino acid supplement I’ve come across!

At first, I thought it tasted vile! I had the pink grapefruit one and also the raspberry lemonade, both were very bitter however, I’ve actually gotten used to the taste and enjoy it after every training session.
I’ve seen results, not sure if it’s because of the EAA’s or because I’ve just been working hard but even so, I can’t really fault it other than the bitter taste that you can get over.

Love the peach mango flavour, by far the best. It is both refreshing and addictive. However, it could dissolve better. It isnt noticeable in taste or texture, but appearance.

EAA: This is a really good product that you actually notice its working. Most supplimemts you don’t notice day to day as they’re working away quietly on the inside. This one however you certainly do feel, i definitely feel calmer under certain situations and notably happier, these essential amino acids are most definitely food for the brain.

I bought grape flavor and it tastes delicious.

Been using this for sometime and think it is beneficial to hypertrophy and recovery. My flavours in order of preference of flavour are: raspberry lemonade, melon, grape.
+ muscle gain and reduced recovery time
– Granted, there is an Initial taste /aftertaste that takes getting used to
– lingers on your breath and is a bit smelly too
